Support for Service Administrators

When you log on to semYOU, you are asked to designate a service administrator (an IT administrator and/or partner) in your company or that of your customer. The person designated as service administrator is then the primary contact for all service-related information.

The service administrator receives the authorization for the "Support" tab in the semYOU online portal. Via the "Support" tab, service administrators can execute the following tasks in order to support other employees in your organization:

If service administrators are not able to solve problems using the self-service support resources from semYOU, they should contact the semYOU support team for further technical support.
