Simple Weekly Planning

All of a week's tasks at a glance! With sem.Weekplanner, you can manage all of your tasks for the week clearly, centrally and securely in the cloud. The weekly view clearly shows you all tasks, sorted by weekday. New tasks can be created directly at the respective day and also easily shifted to a different day with the mouse, if necessary. The navigation allows for quick switching back and forth between weeks, making longer-term planning possible.

Milestones & Roles

Roles in sem.Weekplanner define a kind of categorization which can include milestones. Typical roles, for example, would be "Project A," "Project B" or "Family" and "Private." Each of these roles can be assigned so-called weekly milestones, which can then be individually distributed to each weekday. The colored labeling of the individual roles and the related milestones emphasizes them in the weekly view and guarantees a fast overview of currently pending activities.


Individual Lists

In addition to the weekly view, it is possible to create individual lists in sem.Weekplanner. A list represents a task category, such as "Project A," "Project B," or "Private List." This type of list can be used as waiting lists or for temporary prioritizing. Integration into the weekly planning makes it possible to easily move existing tasks onto existing lists.

Task Status

In order to quickly get an overview of which tasks have been completed or are still open, each task has its own status. The status of every task is visually represented in the weekly view and can be easily modified by clicking on the status icon. This makes all tasks still pending clearly recognizable at a glance.


Multiple Work Areas

Every user can create and manage their own workstations in sem.Weekplanner. A workstation represents an independent area in which tasks can be managed. With the multiple work area function, multiple work areas can be created per user, such as for different projects, teams, groups or customers. Access privileges can control which users have read and write access to which work areas.

In order to subdivide tasks even better, there is the option to create sub-items per task. These sub-items can be used as a processing list or watch list. Particularly in the case of tasks with a broader subject area, this function represents a substantial advantage in user-friendliness.


Comment Function

The integrated comment function makes it possible to write comments for every task. Regardless of whether they are short or long comments, every user with access rights to the work area can compose a comment for every task which is supplied with a date and name stamp. This function is extremely useful for multiple work areas to which a group of people have simultaneous access.

Postponed Tasks

Temporarily push back tasks ...

Another list is integrated in every weekly view, the so-called "waiting list." This list is especially intended for tasks that are to be pushed back. All tasks on this list are displayed in every weekly view. Using the mouse, these tasks can then be very elegantly distributed to each weekday.
