Manage your appointments with multiple calendars easily, centrally and securely with sem.CALENDAR. Create single or series appointments, invite other people from your Cloud Office to meetings and comprehensively manage your appointment requests or invitations.


Multiple Calendars

Efficient appointment management

In sem.Calendar, it is possible to manage multiple calendars simultaneously, such as for private or business appointments. All calendars are clearly displayed via the navigation area, allowing for fast switching between the calendars. Color-coded differentiation of calendars allows for the depiction of multiple calendars and their appointments in one combined view, preventing overlaps.

Share Calendars

Every calendar can be easily shared with other people from the SEMYOU Cloud Office using user rights. With read permissions, it is only possible to view the calendar entries of another person, and with write permissions, the user also has the option of creating or modifying entries. All calendars from other people are shown in their own category in the navigation area, so that one's own calendars are separate from them.


Check Availability

When creating an appointment with multiple participants, the availability check can be used to display when which participants are available. All appointments of all participants are shown in one daily, weekly or monthly view, distinguished from each other by color. This combined view makes it possible to find a free appointment for all participants. A date navigator allows for fast switching between days, weeks, months or years.


The display of appointments is the focus in sem.CALENDAR and is represented in a daily, weekly and monthly view. It is possible to switch between the different views quickly, in order to obtain an overview of all appointments. A small navigation calendar assists in jumping between years and months. When simultaneously displaying multiple calendars, the respective appointments are depicted in defined calendar colors so that it is clearly visible which appointment belongs to which calendar.


Appointment Management

Appointments can be easily created in every view in sem.CALENDAR.

Title, location, description, time zone and participants can be defined when creating an appointment. If people from the Cloud Office are invited to an appointment, they receive a message containing all the appointment details. The integrated request management allows for meeting requests to be answered and managed. The status of meetings, via acceptances and declinations from participants, can be shown or hidden per meeting request.

Request Management

Easily manage meeting requests.

One's own meetings or invitations to appointments are clearly shown via "Request management." All appointment invitations are saved in your personal inbox and can be quickly retrieved for editing. Filter functions make it possible to search for appointments which are upcoming, have not been answered or accepted only "conditionally."

The outbox contains all appointments you have sent to participants. The current status with regard to acceptances and declinations from all participants can be shown or hidden as needed. Color-coded differentiation of replies provides for an additional overview, even in the case of a large number of participants.
